A dry wine made from the Augoustiatis variety, classified as Protected Geographical Indication Ilia. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in amphora, with the must remaining in contact with the grape flesh. The wine then matures in amphora, highlighting the authentic character of the variety and its place of origin. Produced with no added sulphites.
